What plans they have to publish the "Whitehead" Report commissioned by the Director of the Health Education Council.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health and Social Security (Baroness Trumpington)

The report was published when intended by the then Director of the Health Education Council. What was cancelled was a press conference called without the knowledge or authority of the chairman and members of the council.
