§ Mr. John PattenThe cash limit for local authorities' capital expenditure (DOE/LA1) has been increased by £0.5 million from £2,368.12 million to £2,368.62 million. This increase follows a transfer from the Department of Energy towards additional costs of the homes insulation scheme and a corresponding reduction in the cash limit for Class VI, Vote 2.
