Whether, in view of the Written Answer of Baroness Trumpington (26th March 1987) to Lord Wigoder they are suggesting that they do not know whether there are any, or if so, how many nurses seeking employment in that capacity, and if not whether they will give such information as they have relating to this issue.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health and Social Security (Baroness Trumpington)The Department of Employment last published information on the numbers unemployed by occupation in September 1982 and we do not therefore know how many nurses are currently unemployed and seeking employment in that capacity. This department is not in a position to collect such information.
