§ Mr. HurdI am pleased to say that citizenship fees for 1987–88 will be held at their present levels. This is a tribute to the staff who, by bringing about improvements in the cost effectiveness of the service, have enabled us to plan on the basis that over the next financial year fees should continue to cover the cost of issuing certificates. I have placed in the Library a copy of the nationality fees budget income and expenditure account for the year ending 31 March 1988.
