Mr. Lang

At 10 July 1986, the latest date for which information is available, the number of unemployed claimants in(a) City of Glasgow local authority district and (b) Glasgow Central parliamentary constituency, by duration and the percentage that each category represents of the total number of unemployed claimants, are shown in the table. This information is available in the Library.

In both cases there were significant variations between individual local education authorities and between individual schools within local education authorities.
