§ The Attorney-GeneralIn the Inner London Crown prosecution service area a branch has been established whose principal function is to man the juvenile courts within that area. Elsewhere in England and Wales lawyers have been designated to co-ordinate administrative arrangements for juvenile case work and to take particular responsibility for ensuring that proper standards are applied. On designation those lawyers receive special training to assist them in the discharge of their duties.
