My right honourable friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry today published an illustrated booklet entitledQuality Counts setting out what the Government have done since 1982 to encourage the adoption of modern quality techniques, and improvements in the creation and use of standards relevant to the needs of British industry. Copies of the booklet are available in the Library and the Printed Paper Office.
