§ Mr. Wareingasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list those organisations of disabled people he has consulted during the current parliamentary Session; and what subjects were discussed in each case.
§ Mr. Major[pursuant to his reply, 21 October 1986]: The Department has consulted extensively with a large number of organisations representing disabled people on a wide range of issues during the current parliamentary Session. To prepare a complete list of the organisations involved and the subjects discussed would be a major task and could not be justified, on the ground of disproportionate cost.
