§ Mr. FreemanRecords are not maintained in a way that would enable this information to be provided. It is, however, Ministry of Defence policy to allow access for recreational purposes where such use is consistent with operational activity, security, safety and the activities of tenant farmers.

Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the establishment of, and land owned by, or leased by, or in which an interest is held by (a) the Territorial Army, (b) the Home Service Force, (c) the Royal Observer Corps, (d) recruitment offices of the armed forces and (e) the cadet Forces in Wales.
§ Mr. Freeman[pursuant to his reply, 22 July 1986. c. 163]: The following arc the main locations which either the Ministry of Defence, which takes responsibility for the armed forces recruiting offices, or the Wales Territorial Auxiliary and Volunteer Reserve Association, which is responsible for providing accommodation for the Territorial Army, Home Service Force, the Combined Cadet Force, the Army Cadet Force and the Air Training Corps, owns, leases or holds an interest in Wales. Provision of accommodation and facilities for the Royal Observer Corps and the Sea Cadet Corps are not a matter for this Department.
