§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)The decision of the courts was made in response to an application by the Attorney-General for an interlocutory injunction. No final judgment on the merits has been delivered, and the matter therefore remainssub judice. The justification for decisions of courts is not one for which Her Majesty's Government are responsible.
