§ Mr. Stuart Hollandasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what action Her Majesty's Government are taking to bring pressure to bear on the South African Government to secure the release of Moses Mayekiso of the Metal and Allied Workers' Union and other trade unionists in detention.
§ Mrs. ChalkerMy right hon. and learned Friend has personally made representations to the South African Government about the detention of all those held without charge. The South African authorities can be in no doubt of our strong opposition to the action that they have taken.
