asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list the electorates of each parliamentary 287W constituency in England by county, and identifying (a) the electorate for 1976 and 1986 for each constituency, (b) the percentage change over that period and (c) the electoral quota for each county in 1976 and 1986 using the formula adopted by the Boundary Commission.
