asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what recent progress has been made with the European Commission in the extension of sheep annual premium to untupped gimmers.

The European Commission has still not made a proposal to extend sheep annual premium to untupped gimmers in Scotland despite our continuing to press strongly for them to do so.
