§ Mr. Andrew Hunterasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what information was passed to the Spanish police by the United Kingdom authorities concerning the car in which Mr. J. Rajiah, a constituent of the hon. Member for Basingstoke, was travelling on 29 October and in which he was shot by Spanish police.
