§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what information he has as to the total number of jobs that have been created at (a) Dundee technology park and (b) Dundee enterprise zone since their opening.
§ Mr. LangThe report "Enterprise Zone Information 1984–85", published last month, shows that the number of employees in the Tayside enterprise zone at December 1985 was 1,000 compared with 546 at time of designation. The report does not contain employment figures for the individual zone sites in Dundee, but it is estimated that around 190 jobs have been created to date in Dundee technology part.
