§ Mr. Hancockasked the Paymaster General in which department, within the local office, the claim advisers administering the new availability for work regulations will be; and who will be their line managers.
§ Mr. LeeClaimant advisers will operate from unemployment benefit offices and will replace unemployment review officers in the DHSS advising on benefits and re-employment opportunities. They will be managed separately by team managers who will report directly to their respective regional offices.
