§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will now ensure that emergency procedure instructions indicating what local residents should do in the case of a major nuclear accident at either Trawsfynydd or Wylfa nuclear power stations in Gwynedd be issued to every household within 30 miles of either nuclear power station.
