§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsAvailable figures relate to the counties of South and Mid Glamorgan, where, between August 1983 and April 1986, 2,574 people entered the enterprise allowance scheme at a cost of £3.8 million. This is a highly successful scheme which following the Budget, is to be expanded in Wales to a target of 5,585 places by March 1987.
