asked the Secretary of State for Energy how much has been spent to date in advertising the energy efficiency campaign run by his Department; and which advertising agencies have been used.

I am hoping this year to obtain £20 of outside advertising expenditure for every £1 of Government advertising.

Advertising expenditure by my Department on energy efficiency was as follows:
