§ Mr. EggarVessels registered in Spain and Italy fish in Falklands waters: in addition, two British companies are involved in joint fishing ventures with companies from non-EEC states. Fees are payable in respect of harbour facilities and, with effect from 1 April, for trans-shipping and exporting operations carried out in Berkeley sound and territorial waters.
