§ Mr. StanleyThe Government's decision on the location of ground-launched cruise missiles at RAF Greenham common and RAF Molesworth was announced to the House by the then Secretary of State for Defence on 17 June 1980. Detailed arrangements are set out in a classified memorandum of understanding, which was a requirement of both Governments.
