§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Paymaster General if he is satisfied that all foreign nationals working at the Wapping plant of News International have work permits; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. LangMy Department does not have information as to how many foreign nationals are working at the plant. In the last 12 months one work permit has been issued for employment with the News International Group. Applications in respect of six other foreign nationals are at present under consideration.
