§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Director of Public Prosecutions yesterday submitted a draft code for my consideration. By virtue of section 3(1) of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 the Director discharges all his statutory responsibilities, including the duty imposed by section 10 of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985, under my superintendence.
