§ Mr. David HuntNone. The European Communities apply the GATT anti-dumping and subsidy codes which cover dumped and subsidised imports; responsibility to implement those codes rests with the European Commission, to whom any well-founded allegations would be made.
§ Mr. Masonasked the Secretary of State for Energy what have been the contracts established between the Central Electricity Generating Board and the National Coal Board and the tonnages of coal sold to the Central Electricity Generating Board by the National Coal Board in each of the last five years.
§ Mr. GoodladDetails of the commercial arrangements between the Central Electricity Generating Board and the National Coal Board on coal supply are a matter for the two boards.
