asked the Lord Privy Seal how many members in the present parliament have not served on any Standing Committee or Select Committee of the House.

Mr. Biffen

As on 20 March, 27 Members have not served on any Standing Committee or Select Committee of the House in the present Parliament. The total includes Mr. Speaker, the Chairman and Deputy Chairmen of Ways and Means, as well as three members of the Chairmen's Panel.
