(2) what was the measurement of activity on the personal air sampler of the worker at Sellafield who received in February one year's permissible radiation dose; and what was the sampling rate of the instrument at that time;
(3) what was the critical organ exposed in the body of the worker at Sellafield in February who received his annual permissible exposure; and what was the estimate of the dose to this organ in milliseiverts;
(4) what will be the lifetime cumulative dose to the lungs of the worker, in millisieverts, at Sellafield in February, who received one year's permissible dose of radiation;
193W(5) what is the assessment of the whole body dose, effective dose equivalent, in millisieverts received by the worker at Sellafield in February who received one year's permissible dose of radiation.
