§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe UK-Canada air services negotiations held in London in late January were initiated by the UK with a view to replacing the existing 1949 air services agreement with new arrangements more responsive to market requirements. Useful progress was made, and it is expected that the negotiations will be resumed shortly.
