§ Mr. Michael SpicerMy Department receives reports of oil pollution at sea and those which mention oiled sea birds are referred to the Nature Conservancy Council. During 1985 my Department received 102 reports of oil pollution at sea, of which only one was so referred. Figures for previous years are not readily available.
