- (1) Southampton general phase 5 maternity—building and engineering cost £5.4 million —buildingcompletion 1979.
- (2) Southampton general phase 5, west ward block—building and engineering cost £6.4 million—building completion 1981.
- (3) Royal south Hants phase 2 mental illness unit—building and engineering cost £2.8 million—building completion 1978.
