§ Mr. Norman LamontAs I told the House during the debate on the Royal Air Force on 26 February, at columns 958–60, work on the European fighter aircraft project is proceeding well, and there is much work to be done in the coming months before the industrial report on project definition is submitted to the four Governments for appraisal later this year.
