§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment which projects run by voluntary bodies in the London borough of Waltham Forest will be eligible for transitional grant support after the abolition of the Greater London council; and what is the maximum amount in each case.
§ Sir George YoungMy right hon. Friend has accepted the following projects as eligible for transitional grant support in the London borough of Waltham Forest, and for the maximum amounts specified. However, it is for Waltham Forest council to decide which of these organisations should receive support under the transitional grant scheme, and the precise sum to be allocated to each, up to the allocation limit of £267,000:
