asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the budget of the Scottish Development Agency for 1986–87; and how this compares in real terms with (a) its original budget for 1985–86 and (b) its estimated outturn expenditure for 1985–86.
§ Mr. Craigen
asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he will give figures showing the annual amounts spent by the Scottish Development Agency on consultants' fees since 1980;
(2) if he will list those projects in the Glasgow area which the Scottish Development Agency is to abandon because of funding difficulties.
