§ Mr. Wyn RobertsAssessments of fluency made by head teachers of primary schools in Anglesey in September 1984 indicate that Welsh was the home language of 35.3 per cent. of all pupils. A further 25.1 per cent. whose home language was not Welsh could speak Welsh fluently.
