§ Mr. WaddingtonMr. Mohsen Nikbakht is an Iranian, born in 1959, who first entered this country in 1984 to attend a full-time course of study at the North Trafford college in Manchester. He was readmitted to the United Kingdom on 26 January of this year to continue his studies for which he has leave until 31 October 1986.
