§ Mr. Frank Fieldasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will calculate the total amount of income tax reductions in money terms since 1979; and if he will present the distribution of this total among the (a) top one per cent. of income earnings, (b) top 2 to 5 per cent. of income earnings, (c) top 6 to 10 per cent. of income earnings, (d) top 11 to 20 per cent. of income earnings, (e) top 21 to 30 per cent. of income earnings, (f)top 31 to 40 per cent. of income earnings, (g) top 41 to 50 per cent. of income earnings and (h) bottom 50 per cent.
