HC Deb 10 March 1986 vol 93 c326W
Mr. Caborn

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs why the administration of the British Council's book presentation for Namibia has been moved from Lusaka, Zambia to Pretoria, South Africa.

Mr. Raison

There has been no change in the arrangements for administering this scheme. It forms part of a small technical co-operation programme for Namibians within that territory which for some time has been administered by the British Council in Pretoria. A similar programme for Namibian refugees in Zambia continues to be managed by the council in Lusaka.
