§ Sir Dudley Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment why he will not call in the planning decision by Warwickshire county council to locate an industrial technology park near to one of the main entrances to the county town of Warwick.
§ Mr. TraceyThe county council resolved to grant planning permission for the technology park at Heathcote on 9 January 1986. Having earlier decided not to intervene in the matter, it is not now open to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment to call in the proposal.
