Mr. Ron Daviesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if Her Majesty's Government will give details of their position at the European Commission session which considers how best to implement the package of measures agreed by the European Economic Community in September 1985; and if Her Majesty's Government will particularly give details on their position regarding the definition of oil.
§ Mrs. ChalkerWe have fully implemented the package of measures concerning South Africa agreed by the member states of the European Community in Luxembourg on 10 September 1985. This package provides for the cessation of oil exports to South Africa. The United Kingdom has no such exports.
