§ Mr. TrippierAll entrants for the enterprise allowance scheme, including those from YTS, have to satisfy all the eligibility conditions of the scheme which include being at least 18 years of age and in receipt of unemployment or supplementary benefit at the time of application. In order to facilitate movement between the YTS and the enterprise allowance scheme, people completing YTS are deemed to have satisfied the 13 weeks (8 weeks from 1 April 1986) unemployment condition.
