§ 32. Mr. Nicholas Bakerasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will bring forward proposals to harness resources from the private sector to improve the education of children with special learning difficulties.
§ Mr. DunnThere is a long tradition of voluntary support for special education, including the provision of non-maintained special schools, and of co-operation with the maintained sector. My right hon. Friend appreciates the value of this support, but does not see that at present it needs further encouragement by any specific action on his part.
