§ Mr. Giles ShawThere are some localities in the Afan valley where, because of the terrain, television reception is non-existent or poor. The BBC/IBA joint UHF engineering programme is designed to extend television coverage to unserved communities of 200 persons or more; and I understand that the IBA, which takes the lead on engineering matters in this area, is considering the case for additional relays under that programme.
