§ Mr. Giles ShawWe are preparing a planned programme for full implementation of the 1983 civil defence regulations, which will set priorities and a 273W timetable for the achievement of specific objectives. This will provide a framework for the allocation of civil defence resources to encourage a more balanced level of preparedness consistent with our all hazards approach to emergency planning.
