§ Mr. Lee[pursuant to his reply, 23 June 1986, c. 25]: We plan to invite competitive bids for the conversion of further VC10 aircraft to tankers in the first half of 1987. The aircraft are not required to enter service until the early 1990s and the question of delay does not therefore arise.
