§ Mr. Hayhoe[pursuant to his reply, 23 June 1986, c. 66]: The report does not suggest any changes to the current management arrangements for midwifery services, although it urges closer collaboration between staff working in the community. The report has been issued for consultation along with the discussion document on primary health care.
