§ Sir George YoungAs I advised my hon. Friend the Member for Wells (Mr. Heathcoat-Amory), on 16 June., at column405, plans for the new Palace Chambers are at an early stage. It is intended to reprovide shops on the ground floor and I will give careful consideration to the suggestion that there should be a general store.
