§ Mr. RaisonBritish bilateral aid directly allocable to sub-Saharan countries in 1985 totalled £285 million. Figures on the proportion of this used for agriculture and related activities are not yet available. In 1984 30 per cent. 379W of our bilateral aid allocable by sector in sub-Saharan African countries was devoted to agriculture and related activities.
