§ Ms. Clare Shortasked the Prime Minister, further to her reply of 12 June, whether any Minister other than those at the Department of Health and Social Security have had any contact with representatives of community psychiatric centres about their proposal to build and run a psychiatric hospital catering for National Health Service patients in Birmingham; and if she will make a statement.
