§ The Prime MinisterThe text of the 1984 intergovernmental agreement was recorded as an entry in the minutes of the 2–3 October 1984 Foreign Affairs Council, in all Community languages.
§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Prime Minister, pursuant to her reply, Official Report, 20 March, column 263, relating to the 1984 intergovernmental undertaking, on what occasions since May 1979, prior to 2 and 3 October 1984, and in respect of what subjects, such a procedure has been adopted or agreed to by Her Majesty's Government in respect of international agreements.
§ The Prime MinisterAgreements between the member states meeting within the Council of the European Coal and Steel Community, to provide supplementary finance for that Community, were concluded for each of the years from 1978 to 1981 by a procedure similar to that used for the 1984 intergovernmental agreement.
