Mr. Stern

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will list, for each local education' authority in England, the 1986–87 total target student numbers for probable advanced further education and the provision within that total for arts and design targets, respectively, as compared with the estimated population in each such local education authority in 1986–87, or the most recent year available.
