§ Mr. RentonI refer the hon. Member to the answers given him by my hon. Friend the then Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Member for Shoreham (Mr. Luce) on 9 May 1985, at column 493. Our relations remain inhibited by Vietnam's continued occupation of Cambodia and its human rights record, but we maintain diplomatic relations and look for opportunities for increased bilateral trade.
